I recently spent Christmas at Chillten Bottrop, and it was such a unique experience! Nestled in the heart of Boy, this funky hostel is perfect for anyone wanting a cozy yet vibrant getaway. We loved the little bar downstairs-great cocktails to unwind with after a long journey! The restaurant, Green, was a delight too, offering a mix from hearty Currywurst to delightful vegan curries while we enjoyed the festive atmosphere on the terrace. Oh, and while it took me a minute to figure out the shower, the overall vibe was relaxed, with everyone super friendly. If you're in the area, Chillten is an easy stop for an overnight stay, close to all the action! Plus, it's totally eco-friendly-just how I like it.
